1. Introduction:

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by ADHDHelp.co.uk, a company that offers a referral service for privately funded diagnostic assessments for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Services:

ADHDHelp.co.uk provides a referral service, identifying licensed, healthcare professionals to undertake diagnostic assessments for ADHD and ASD, which include consultations, interviews, history taking, data collection and diagnostic evaluations. These assessments are conducted by licensed healthcare professionals or other qualified specialists.

 

3. Eligibility:

To access the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or if under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to, if you do not meet our eligibility requirements.

 

4. Booking, Payment and Refunds:

Booking: To schedule an assessment, you must complete a booking form and provide necessary personal and medical information. Once the booking is confirmed, an appointment will be scheduled. Payment: The full fee for the diagnostic assessment must be paid prior to the appointment. Refunds: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit the payment.

 

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection:

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will use your personal data solely for the purpose of providing our Services and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or regulation. Data Collection: We may collect personal and medical information as part of the assessment process. Data Retention: Your data will be securely stored and retained for a period of 24 months, in compliance with applicable laws. Access to Data: You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data as per the relevant data protection regulations.

 

6. Conduct During Assessments:

During the assessment process, you agree to; provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your knowledge, cooperate with the healthcare professionals conducting the assessments and respect the confidentiality and privacy of others involved in the assessment. ADHDhelp.co.uk has a zero tolerance policy towards abuse of staff contracted to undertake the assessments and any report of such, will result in an immediate block from the site and cancellation of assessment without refund.

 

7. Results and Reports:

The results of the diagnostic assessments will be provided in a report, which will include the findings and any recommendations. These results are based on the information provided and the professional judgment of the healthcare professional conducting the assessment. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome, and results should be considered as part of a broader clinical evaluation.

 

8. Limitation of Liability:

ADHDhelp.co.uk will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the diagnostic assessment process is accurate and thorough. However, we do not guarantee that any assessment will result in a diagnosis or that the diagnosis will be definitive. Our liability is limited to the provision of the assessment services and is excluded for any indirect or consequential loss.

 

9. Intellectual Property:

All content, materials, and resources provided as part of the services, including diagnostic tools, reports, and any intellectual property, remain the property of ADHDhelp.co.uk or its licensors. You are not granted any rights to use these materials except for the purposes of the Services provided.

 

10. Amendments to Terms:

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and you are encouraged to review them periodically. Your continued use of our Services after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

 

11. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
