7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

7.1 Refund Windows

  • Full refund — if you cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled assessment.

  • 50% refund — if you cancel up to 4 hours before your scheduled assessment.

  • 25% refund — if you cancel up to 1 hour before your scheduled assessment.

  • No refund — if you cancel with less than 1 hour of the assessment start time or do not attend (no-show).

7.2 How to Cancel

To cancel, you must contact us or your assigned clinician and Booking team, using the contact details and terms provided in your booking confirmation.

7.3 Late Arrivals / No-Shows

If you miss your appointment or join more than 15 minutes late, the clinician may not be unable to complete the assessment in time and therefore this is treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
